Hawaiian Barbie ingredients:

• 2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
• 1 pineapple
• 3 oz tonic water
• 3 oz Dole® pineapple juice

Mixing instructions:

Pour the Malibu coconut rum into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Add the Dole pineapple juice and tonic water, and stir. Place a chunk of pineapple on the top, and serve with a straw.

Serve a Hawaiian Barbie in a Collins Glass.
